Conditions and requirements
  • ​​Government sector: the applicant must Evaluation certificate ( MOHP )
  • Semi government sector : the applicant must Evaluation certificate ( MOHP ) + MOHP private licensing
  • Private sector: the applicant must Evaluation certificate ( MOHP ) + MOHP private licensing
  • To issue the new  / replacement of weary , missing Good Standing Certificate the payment should be done  online

Procedures & steps

  1. You must apply for a Website through the private account of the applicant
  2. You must add the required documents by sector type
  3. The client to upload all the documents and information required for the submission of the application
  4. are checking on demand by health workers in the case that he has met the conditions are approval of the application is sent to the client account and turn treatment facility to complete the electronic payment process
  5. Payment is made through the website client and turn transaction automatically after the completion of the payment process to the Ministry of Health
  6. The final flour to the transaction and the amount paid and the application is accepted if they meet the request is approved and the issuance of good conduct and professional behavior certificate.


  • Issue new GSC for Government Sector

    Doctors / technicians / nurses / pharmacists /assistant pharmacist

    Required documents to obtain a certificate:
  • Experience letter from Human Resources  ( MOH P -  Dubai )
  • Experience letter from the workplace signed by the Medical Director
  • Evaluation certificate ( MOHP )
  • Qualification certificate
  • A copy of passport
  • Electronic payment

 

  • Issue new GSC for Semi Government sector

Doctors / technicians / nurses / pharmacists / assistant pharmacists

Required documents to obtain a certificate:

  • Experience letter from the workplace signed by the Medical Director
  • MOHP private licensing
  • Evaluation certificate
  • Qualification certificate
  • A copy of passport
  • Electronic payment

 

  • Issue new GSC for private sector

Doctors / technicians / nursing

Required documents to obtain a certificate:

  • Letter experience of the medical area and the Ministry of Health.
  • MOHP private licensing
  • Evaluation certificate
  • Qualification certificate
  • A copy of passport

  • Issue new GSC for Pharmacy

    Pharmacists / Pharmacists assistants

    Required documents to obtain a certificate:

  • experience Letter from the employer certified by the Ministry of Health and Drug Administration Dubai (from a friendly old License Manual)
  • passport
  • Ministry of Health license or licensed elect is lifted and the Ministry of e-health license
  • passport
  • electronic payment

  • Replacement of lost
