In the context of the ministry’s concern to develop its services, achieve the highest levels of efficiency and quality, and desire to complete all transactions easily and smoothly to reach advanced levels of satisfaction, the Ministry sought the importance of creating an advanced customer services center to be equipped with the latest requirements, demands and means of communication in order to assist customers in accomplishing their daily transactions with efficiency and proficiency. The center will also contribute to the community members, be equipped with well efficient human resources and raise their performance levels and connectivity services to excellence standards.
