It is No Longer Possible to Ignore Diabetes
**Be aware
“Control Diabetes before It controls you”
**Did you examine your diabetes today?
“Follow protection methods before suffering
**Watch Out..Does your family have diabetes?
“Your Response today may prevent your suffering tomorrow”
**To benefit from the walking program; make sure to wear your sports shoes and cotton socks to comfort your foot
**Practice physical activities regularly for 30 minutes a day to reduce the chances of diabetes
Awareness Messages:
**Physical activity easier way to prevent diabetes
“Make sports a part of your daily life
**Smokers are of higher risk to diabetes by 30% compared to non-smokers
**Regular physical activity practice reduces blood sugar rate by 40%
**Physical activity contributes to increased sugar transporters moving to larger quantities inside the cell and leading to reduction in blood
**Physical activity has great benefits in reducing fat proportions and increasing muscle mass, leading to retain a moderate level of blood sugar
**Physical activity moves all muscles and maintains the flexibility of joints and circulatory system
**Many people believe that medication along controls diabetes
“this belief is true and physical activity is a supplementary factor”
**If you feel in stress or suffer from chest pain, cold sweat, dizziness or mild headaches during your practice, stop immediately and consult your doctor
**It has been scientifically proven that active muscles during physical activity will melancholy consume sugar in the absence of insulin
**Physical activity and walking are recreational techniques and foster a sense of individual satisfaction and self-confidence
